Collaborating Through Shared Instructional Resources

This artifact aligns with ISTE Educator Standard 2.4: Collaborator, as it demonstrates my ability to use digital tools to communicate, share resources, and promote collaboration among educators and students. The immersive learning newsletter was developed using Canva to present and distribute information related to emerging instructional technologies, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and gamification within Career and Technical Education.

Through this artifact, I curated and shared relevant content connected to real-world applications in fields such as welding and machining, as well as local workforce practices. By organizing and presenting this information in a visually engaging and accessible format, I demonstrated how digital tools can be used to share ideas, support instructional improvement, and encourage collaboration across programs and disciplines.

This project reflects my ability to leverage technology to facilitate communication, promote the exchange of ideas, and support collaborative efforts aimed at improving teaching practices and aligning instruction with industry needs. By using digital platforms to distribute meaningful content, I create opportunities for both colleagues and students to engage with innovative concepts and contribute to a more connected and collaborative learning environment.
